What is the Cinch Essential Water Plan?

It's a protection plan that helps control the costs when essential systems and appliances in your home break down. It covers things like your plumbing system, refrigerator, clothes washer and dishwasher. Here's how it works:

1. When a covered item breaks down, you can request service online or by phone and we send a service pro to fix the item.

2. Our pre-screened service pro will come to your home and repair the item (if it can’t be repaired, it will be replaced). 

3. You pay a deductible and the repair is guaranteed for 180 days (non-covered charges may apply).
